How will the chip work, how will it activate, and what is the chip made of. Also how did the woman get the code? In the video they didn’t show any proofs that show that this actually works, which makes me think that the video might be fake? The video did not show a lot of information about this experiment.
However, if this is real I believe that this shows that we are capable of making anything true. We only need to believe in ourselves. It is incredible that this scientists got the code. They didn’t explain how they got the code, and I still want to know how they got it. If she actually got the cure for blind people I would be amazed as people have been trying to solve this for many years.

The questions I have for the video are
    • How did you solve the formula towards vision reaching the brain in a mathematical way? Do you count the number of parts in the brain and the eyes?
    • What will the chip (device) be made of? How will you make it work on the brain?
The video made me think of how I could possibly trust the women talking in this video, there are not many questions that are answered and I am not very convinced with only one scientist talking. The video did not contain the right amount of information for me to understand how the device is going to work. The difference between the article and the video is the generic amount of information in the article, I feel like they want to inform people about the big idea of blind people being able to see but they ignored any evidence. They explained how humans were able to see and the idea of the device but they didn’t explain what materials and how the machine was going to be able to take control.

The video to me seems a bit unrealistic and leaves me to a lot of questions. How will she insert the chip into the brain? How did she make it in one night? If this is true and if it really works it is very interesting because I have never heard of this before. BBC shouldn’t post videos like this because it would break some ones heart if it doesn’t work. The blind would really get overjoyed by this idea. It would also be bad for the BBC station if it doesn’t work, the reputation of it might become low. They should also show some proof and conduct an experiment and show proof like that.

This video made me think a lot about how they put the chip in the peoples head and how she found out the code. This video has no proof if this actually is going to work, therefore at one point I thought that this theory might not be true. BBC is a serious site but I don’t think they should have uploaded this video because this is not proved that it will work. They should uploaded the video after they have proved this theory.

This video made me think about how hard people are trying to do so many things at the same time. Every scientist is working on something important to them and for most of the world. I think that BBC shouldn’t advertise something that they don’t have proof for. I think that this is possible because BBC is a trusted company that many people watch and believe, so if they told the people something that is fake and people found out nobody would trust anything that they said or will say. Something as big as this should be posted but only after they have proof that it works.

The video was very interesting in my opinion because it was something I never heard of before. Even though it looked very different, it didn’t give any kind of proof which made me think that it isn’t true. The women looked very excited about what she was going to invent, but at the same time it looked like her creation had lots of details missing. If what she invented actually works, it would be an amazing opportunity for blind people.
