Nurturing Your Seed
After choosing your seed for your Personal Narrative, nurturing it– creating a blueprint for your story– can be messy. Take a look at this famous author’s process of nurturing her seed. Can you guess whose notes these are?

In some ways, nurturing your seed is the most important step. If you don’t have any clear idea about your characters, the setting, the storyline or even the point of your story, then how can you write it?
